Process of Plan Preparation

1 District level Planning:
The district level workshop for 2009-10 was held on 13 Dec. 2008 in the chairmanship of DSE-Cum-DPO where members of block planning team namely BEEO, BPO, BRP, Accountant and participated. In this work shop block level, cluster level and school level planning meeting dates were finalized.    
2  Block level Planning
Workshop were held in all BRC’s on 16 Dec. 2008 for effective and need based planning. Various issues reflected at workshop, regarding quality education, training of teachers, monitoring etc. and accordingly incorporated in the plan. The members were Block Education Extension Officer, BRP, CRP,  representative from Minority and member of literacy campaign. Issued identified during the workshop are:-
1. Intervention for Out of school children with more emphasis on drop out children.
2. Quality education with equity.
3. Gender gap.
4. School infrastructure.
5. CWSN.
6. Rationalization of teacher.

3 Cluster Level Planning
Cluster level planning workshops were held from 19 to 21st Dec. 2008. Here school teachers and VEC members participated in the workshop. School level information format for preparation of AWP&B at school level were distributed.
4 School level Planning
        School level planning process completed during 22 Dec. 2008 to 3rd Jan.2009.  During the course of planning the VEC members worked for he habitation level planning  with help of microplanning technique processed. Various issues regarding access, out of school children, remedial teaching, CWSN, girls education & Quality education for their children were discussed.
